David Sykes

David Sykes joined ProVision Communications as CEO in 2007; he brings extensive sales, marketing and general management experience to the company. David has spent his entire career working in high technology - primarily with software, electronics and telecommunications products and services sold into international markets.

He started working in the video technology business more than ten years ago at Motion Media plc, where he was Sales & Marketing Director, and a key member of the team that took the company to a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange. David started his career at IBM, and subsequently worked in a variety of senior roles for a series of British and American start-up/ early stage companies including Metacomco, Ready Systems, Meiko, and Cygnus Solutions. He has a degree in electronics engineering and an MBA.
